Since October 2023, we have seen the most horrific realities unfold before our very eyes.

We have seen images and videos of sheer torture, brutality, and inhumanity. We have seen children subjected to such brutality and trauma, that it has made our hearts quiver in pain.

Gaza is currently undergoing a televised genocide. With over 40,000 dead and 2 million suffering, every day is a struggle for the survivors.

Today, in Gaza:

🔵 3 Million people need humanitarian aid to survive

🔵 90% of the population is internally displaced

🔵 More than half of Gaza’s infrastructure including homes, commercial facilities, school buildings, healthcare facilities, cropland, and road networks are destroyed

🔵 15 people are killed every hour, of which 6 are children.

🔵 The entire population is exposed to the deadly risk of famine

In the Eye of The Storm: Our Work in Gaza

Since October 2023, the Guzul Eser teams have been working day and night to provide as much aid as possible to the most affected areas of Gaza.

So far, we have:

In Khan Younis

🔵 Delivered 65,120 liters of clean water to families, ensuring access to safe drinking water amidst water shortage.

🔵 Provided cash assistance totaling 5,848.00 to vulnerable families, offering them financial relief.

🔵 Delivered 2,904 gas cylinders, so that displaced families have the fuel they need to sustain themselves.

🔵 Supplied 160 health packages to families, promoting hygiene and preventing the spread of diseases.

In Jabalia

🔵 Distributed 5,256 food packages, providing relief to vulnerable families and reducing the effects of mass starvation.

🔵 Provided 3,256 units of baby milk, ensuring vital nutrition for infants in affected families.

In Rafah

🔵 Distributed 28,368 loaves of bread, providing essential nourishment to numerous affected households, particularly benefiting children and the elderly.

🔵 Installed water wells, ensuring sustainable water supply for approximately 4,000 individuals, enhancing daily life, and reducing water-related diseases.

🔵 Distributed 400 baby diaper packages, easing the daily struggles of parents in providing care for their infants.

Established in October 2019, Guzel Eser is an independent, non-profit civil organization concerned with development and humanitarian work in Yemen and Gaza.
